A4 (210×297mm) is the international standard, used in most of the world. Letter (8.5×11in / 216×279mm) is used in the US and Canada. A4 is slightly narrower and taller.
The content is re-rendered at high resolution, so quality remains excellent. For best results, use "Fit" mode which maintains aspect ratio.
"Fit" scales content to fit entirely within the new size (may add margins). "Fill" scales to cover the entire page and crops edges equally. "Stretch" fills the page but may distort proportions. "Center" keeps original size centered.
Currently all pages are resized to the same size. For page-specific changes, use our Extract Pages tool first.
